Everything you need to know about your coverage, your rights, and how we handle your data.

1-year limited warranty

All Klip-branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase - whether you bought from us directly or through an authorised retailer.

This warranty sits alongside, and does not limit, your rights under local consumer law.

What's covered
Manufacturing defects. Functional failures under normal use. Internal component faults not caused by external damage.

What's not covered
Accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, wear and tear, unauthorised modifications, or battery degradation over time.

What we'll do
At our discretion: repair, replace with the same or comparable model, or refund where required by applicable law.

Replacement products may be new or refurbished. Your warranty period doesn't restart upon replacement - coverage continues for the remainder of the original term.

How to make a claim

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
A description of the issue
Photos or video if our team requests them

We may ask you to return the product for inspection before approving a remedy.

Consumer rights by region

This warranty doesn't replace or reduce any statutory rights you have in your country or region.

🇦🇺 Australia
Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

🇳🇿 New Zealand
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing here limits those rights.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Your statutory rights are not affected.

🇪🇺 European Union
This warranty is in addition to your rights under applicable EU consumer protection law, including Directive (EU) 2019/771.

🇺🇸 United States
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Where required by state law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with your local consumer laws.

Change-of-mind returns are available only where required by law
Products should be returned in reasonable original condition
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Items bought from a third-party retailer should be returned there first, unless otherwise required by law

Your location data

Klip products don't directly collect, store, or access your personal location data.

Location and tracking functionality runs through Apple Find My. We don't have access to your Apple ID, location history, or tracking activity. Any personal information you share through Klip support channels is handled in accordance with applicable privacy law — including GDPR and the Australian Privacy Principles.
